What locals are saying
Station 30 sits near the eastern tip of Sullivan's Island — close to the Breach Inlet bridge — and is consistently flagged as the island's best bet for a quieter day on the sand. The beach walk is among the shortest on the island at roughly 80 feet, but the tradeoff is a narrower beach face with rocks and built-in dune and hurricane-protection infrastructure; it's a rugged pocket, not an expansive sweep. Parking along the adjacent residential streets stays comparatively accessible when the central stations have long since filled.
