Nook is a relatively new, well-received micro-café on Rutledge Ave that converted from the former Guilded Horn wine bar — it runs a morning coffee-and-pastry program (using Methodical Coffee beans, with some house-made syrups) and flips to wine, beer, and charcuterie in the evenings. Early reviewers consistently praise the quality of the lattes, the welcoming staff, and the cozy intimacy of the space, though the review pool is still small and no meaningful criticism has surfaced yet. It ranks in Yelp's top 10 Charleston coffee shops but seating is genuinely limited — four outdoor two-tops and a handful of indoor bar stools.
