Smallz takes over the rooftop at On Air Live for an afternoon set this July 4th weekend, spinning house music and deep cuts as the sun hangs over downtown Charleston. It's a laid-back way to stretch the holiday weekend a little longer — cold drink in hand, open sky overhead.
