Blackberry Smoke brings their Rattle Ramble and Roll tour to the Charleston Music Hall on a Sunday night, with special guest Jason Newsted along for the ride. The Atlanta-bred Southern rock outfit has built a devoted following over the years with their blend of country-tinged rock, blues, and outlaw attitude — the kind of band that sounds best in a room with good acoustics and a cold drink in hand.
Newsted, best known as the longtime bassist for Metallica, adds an interesting wrinkle to the bill. Doors are at the Music Hall downtown, with the show getting underway at 8 PM. Tickets are available.
