The Birmingham soul outfit St. Paul & the Broken Bones brings their high-energy, horn-driven sound to the Charleston Music Hall on Saturday night. Fronted by the powerhouse vocals of Paul Janeway, the band has built a devoted following on the strength of their sweaty, revival-tent performances and a catalog that draws from classic Southern soul, R&B, and rock.
Support comes from Brother Wallace. The show is sold out, so if you haven't grabbed a ticket yet, your best bet is the secondary market — but this is one worth hunting down. Doors are at the Music Hall downtown, with the show getting underway at 8 p.m.
