What locals are saying
The Warren Room occupies the second floor of the award-winning Westendorff building — a historically preserved early-1900s structure whose 2015 rehabilitation earned both the Carolopolis Award from the Preservation Society of Charleston and the Whitelaw Founders Award from the Historic Charleston Foundation. At 1,200 square feet with a hard cap of 50 seated guests, it is purpose-built for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and intimate pre-wedding gatherings rather than full receptions, with MOSAIC Catering + Events handling coordination, bar, and event design in-house. Exposed wooden beams, a working fireplace, natural wood tables, and a private Charleston-style balcony make the space feel curated rather than generic — the kind of room that doesn't need much styling to photograph well.
