The self-pour concept is the whole premise here: a tap card, 40-plus local and regional craft beers on the wall, and a near-360° rooftop view of downtown Charleston that does considerable work on behalf of the experience. The selection leans into SC stalwarts — Edmund's Oast and Frothy Beard are regulars on the board — and the pay-by-the-ounce format genuinely rewards curious samplers across IPAs, stouts, and sours. Non-beer drinkers hit a wall fast: the cocktail program is improvised at best, there's no real menu, and the food tops out at nachos and bar bites.
