Athens, Georgia's of Montreal brings their kaleidoscopic indie-psych sound to the Pour House main stage on the Fourth of July. The long-running Kevin Barnes-led project is known for dense, shape-shifting albums and live shows that lean into the theatrical — expect costumes, vivid staging, and songs that pull from glam, funk, and art-rock in equal measure.
Local act CorMae opens the night. Doors are at the Charleston Pour House on James Island, with the show getting underway at 9 p.m. — a solid way to spend the holiday evening after the fireworks crowds thin out.
