Bumpin Uglies bring their high-energy blend of reggae, rock, and ska to the Pour House main stage on James Island. The Annapolis-bred band has built a dedicated East Coast following over the years with a sound that pulls from roots reggae and punk without getting too precious about either — live, they tend to hit hard and keep the crowd moving. Supporting acts Joey Harkum Band and Signal Fire round out what looks like a stacked night for the genre.
Doors open at 7:30 PM ahead of the 8:00 PM show. The Charleston Pour House is one of the better outdoor venues in the area for this kind of bill, so arriving early to grab a spot on the patio is never a bad call.
