The Riverdogs host their Carolina League rivals, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, for an in-state matchup at Joe Riley Stadium on the banks of the Ashley River. Minor league baseball doesn't get much more local than this — two South Carolina teams squaring off in what's always a competitive divisional game.
Joe Riley Stadium is one of the better ballpark experiences in the minors, and a Tuesday night game in early June means the weather should be just about right. Grab tickets in advance and get there a little early to settle in before first pitch at 8:00 PM.
