What locals are saying
The Gazebo at White Point Garden is widely regarded by Charleston locals and wedding vendors as the city's premier spot for intimate, budget-conscious ceremonies — but it comes with real constraints: a 25-person guest cap (including the officiant), no onsite restrooms south of Broad Street, no alcohol or amplified music, and heavy tourist foot traffic on Saturdays. It's a ceremony-only venue, so couples must plan a separate reception elsewhere. The stunning live oaks, Spanish moss, harbor views, and stately white columns make it genuinely photogenic, but photographers and planners familiar with the park warn that tricky shadows and midday light require someone who knows the space.
