What locals are saying
Kairos runs a tight counter-service operation on Bowman Road — Chipotle in format, Mediterranean in soul — where you build a pita, bowl, or platter from lamb, harissa chicken, falafel, and meatballs, everything made in-house with no freezers or commissaries in sight. The lamb pita and harissa-and-feta combination earn the most repeat visits, feta fries and house baba ghanoush round out the supporting cast, and $12–13 platters consistently surprise people with their size. The one recurring friction: a brusque table-turnover policy that has left more than one diner feeling pushed out the door, and a minority of voices insist the lamb can be inconsistent — thin, under-seasoned strips that don't always justify the billing.
