The lobster roll, hushpuppies, and she-crab soup–drizzled fries have genuine admirers, but IOP locals have been pointed about the gap between the view and what lands on the plate: food quality is inconsistent, prices are ambitious, and service ranges from warm and attentive to outright disorganized, particularly for larger parties. It plays more reliably as a waterfront bar than as a destination seafood house.
